Bex Moblie Pilates Service was first established in 2017 with a primary purpose of offering affordable Mat-work Pilates and Fitness sessions for client’s who feel uncomfortable going to a gym, studio, or group class, and who would prefer private 1:1 or small group training.

The oowner, Bec, is a fully qualified instructor who has over 15 years experience in Mat-Work Pilates and fitness training. Bec is extremey passioniate about helping client’s achieve their fitness goals thrrough using a fusion of exercise modalities that best suit your individual needs, limitations, bilities, and goals. As an advocate of holiatoc healing methods, Bec also offers stretching and breathwork classess which prmote mindfullness and better self-care habits.

There is no one size fits all approach in our business, workouts and programs are taolir-made for each client, and Bec works under the SMART fitness goal method which enables her to ascertain what each clients soecific goals are, and work with them using incevntices and motivstion to ensure positive outcomes.
